I have 3 partner pharmacies: VetCove, Chewy and VetSource. Ordering from one of these 3 pharmacies allows me to process your order very quickly as I have access to the online clinic portal 24/7. You can certainly have your prescription fulfilled at any other pharmacy of your choosing, but expect at least a several day delay in addition to regular shipping times as I have to connect with them over the phone during business hours when I am not seeing other appointments.

Yes, absolutely! All non-prescription products can be purchased from my pharmacy by anyone. In order to purchase prescription products, I need to have done an exam on your pet within the last year.

You must be a current client and have had an exam performed by me (Dr. Melissa Holcomb) within the last year. We will discuss which prescription products are right for your pet and I will order or approve the product for you.

If you order a certain product (i.e. food, medication) regularly, you can set up Auto-Ship to automatically send you your product every month. All Auto-Ship orders ship for free and generally there is a discount available for each auto-ship order.

Most orders arrive in 3-5 business days.

Yes! I periodically run promotions on certain veterinary products or have site-wide sales. Keep on eye on my partner pharmacy websites or watch for their promotional emails.
